From a perspective of setting scores, yes, the above statements are not objectionable. But from a perspective of building a future based on respect where two nations and religions will continue to live side by side, in peace without violence, these attitudes are so wrong. Be it a mosque, church, temple or synagogue, destroying a place of worship is as wrong as anything can be. Reminder: two wrongs doesn't make one right.
