Mubarak got 70 percent of Votes
Mubarak has at least 70 percent of the votes, an Election Commission official told AP. The remaining votes are shared between the two opposition leaders. Turnout in the election is said to be around 30 percent only.
So my guess was right, 70 percent will convince the population he is a beloved leader, at the same time he cannot be blamed for rigging a ridiculous 95 percent. This was the first bone thrown to media from an official speaking anonymously. Expect more 'leaks' during the day and tomorrow!
Meanwhile, Ayman Nour has already said he is seeking a re-run, based on widespread fraud.
