Church Discovered at St. Anthony's

At St. Anthony's monastery in the Red Sea area, a church was discovered 2 meter below the ground during restoration work. St. Anthony, who died in 356 AD, was the father of Christian monasticism. The hermitages found underneath the church of the Apostles are the oldest in Egypt.
