The No-Torture Claim

The report is out: The Taaba 2004 bombers currently on trial are apparantly damaged goods but have not been malhandled by the police.

The report found that the police had nothing to do with the injuries on the bodies of the defendants," a prosecutor told the high state security court hearing the case.

It added that the report concluded that "the injuries were normal and not the result of torture.

Normal injuries? I wouldn't know anything about if these guys are guilty or not, I'm only concerned that they might be forced to say things they otherwise wouldn't.
