Bolton Presents Plan for UN Change

Well, I had expected more but I guess this will have to do for a starter. John Bolton, recently appointed US ambassador to the UN, has presented his wish-list for how to change the organization to the better. It suggest 750 changes only... Which according to the Guardian "throws UN summit into chaos." Bolton's office replies: the ambassador is simply restating long-held US positions, there are no surprises. Wonder if France and Germany will agree?
