LACK OF TRANSPARENCY

1. The presidential election committee insisted to keep the human rights NGOs away from monitoring the elections even after they obtained a court verdict. 2. The committee gave orders to judges to prevent candidates’ deputies to oversee the votes counting as they may obtain the right numbers of voting. 3. The presidential election committee did not declared with sufficient period of time the places of general and sub ballots before voting. 4. Absence of standards about distribution of judges to the ballots or avoiding judges from supervision.
