1,3 Billion Dollar to Egypt's Military

The US Senate has voted on the foreign aid package. Although Bush didn't get all the money he had been asking for, it is still a neat 31,8 Billion USD that is to be distributed. One example, to quote AP: "All told, the bill would provide $15.8 billion in direct U.S. economic and humanitarian aid and $4.9 billion in military aid, including $2.3 billion for Israel and $1.3 billion for Egypt."
