Minya Accident Update

AP has filed a story now about the bus that went into a canal: 7 people died; 5 are missing and presumed drowned; 14 are injured. This according to the police who also said two of the dead were killed in the crash, the five other drowned in the canal. Says AP: "The accident happened in Abu Swaylim village near Minya, 135 miles south of Cairo. Road accidents are common in Egypt because of bad roads, high speeds and poor enforcement of traffic laws and killed an estimated 9,000 people in 2004." God Bless.
